About Me

Isaiah Henry (he/him) is an American actor based out of New York City. Isaiah graduated with his BFA in Acting at the Sargent Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University in May 2024.

Isaiah's love of acting began at a very young age. He grew up in St. Louis, MO watching golden age musicals on VHS with his sister and putting on puppet shows of classic folk tales with and for his family. His father and mother were both music educators so music was a huge part of his upbringing. 

Along the way he also fell in love with basketball, hip-hop, film, and cooking. Get him started on any of these topics and you'll be in for hours of conversation.

After retiring from basketball at 11 years old, Isaiah decided to audition for his sixth grade musical: Into the Woods Jr. where he was happily double-cast as the Steward/Cinderella's Father. From that point on he was doing about 6 shows a year and soaking up as much information and training as he could obtain. 

Isaiah is extremely grateful to his family and mentors who have helped and supported him in achieving his dreams & goals. He could not be more thankful that he gets to make a career of the thing he loves most.
